After reading this Elevate Coffee Review, you should have a better idea of the possible, though probable, health and wellbeing benefits this coffee additive seeks to provide its consumer: you!
We, like you dear reader, are simply trying to stay ahead of any trends (hype-ful, hopeful, helpful, or otherwise) while also remaining true to our roots (no pun intended!), which is to say: we only mean to deliver up-to-date information so as to help you make the most informed decision possible around trends in coffee culture.
Introduction:
Seems these days that everyone is time-constrained and stressed and seeking out any means in which to be that much better, faster, smarter, etc.
Sound like you? Because it sure sounds like us here.
Add on top of all that the need to do so safely and avoid burnout and, well, we’re thinking that we may need more than a daily cup o’ Joe, especially on a Monday morning.
Enter: Elevate Smart Coffee.
These guys, new to both the coffee as well as the health sciences scene, might just be what you (and your wee cup of coffee) need to kick things up a notch or two or 24! Sound too good to be true? Well, could be, but what harm is there in trying? We will let you make the ultimate decision, of course, but here are some key bits of information, science, and more.
What’s In The Cup? Elevate Coffee Ingredients:
Before we launch into a very, very in-depth listicle of all 21 ingredients that combine (we hope) to give you an added kick-up in the mornings, we wanted to first advise you that many of these compounds will be very small in terms of the actual amount (or ratio) that makes it to your cup. That said, do not think that two or three cups will get you ‘there’ (i.e., free of mental Monday morning fogs). Each four-ounce serving packs a whopping dose of caffeine (see more below).
Still, and while many of the below are organic, the claims around the amino acid L-Theanine are still up for debate, but the belief here is that it could help some individuals reduce their feelings of stress or anxiety. The same goes for Alpha-Glyceryl Phosphoryl Choline, which has been shown to increase brain functionality toward an overall reduction in Alzheimer’s! Cool, right?
Ok, right, we will stop geeking out on science now and get on with what’s in the cup!
- Rich Dark Roast Coffee
- Espresso Coffee
- Organic Cocoa
- Canola Lecithin
- Green Tea
- L-Theanine
- PEA (Beta Phenylethylamine HCL)
- Green Coffee Extract
- Kigelia Africana Extract
- A-GPC
- Caffeine Anhydrose
- Juglans Regia Extract
- Chromium Polynicotinate
- Xylitol
- Different Flavor Options
- High Oleic Sunflower Oil
- Acacia Gum
- Brown Rice Syrup
- Silicon dioxide
- Sunflower Lecithin
- D-Alpha Tocopherol
And, last, but certainly not least, 140mg of caffeine per serving!
Right, but does Elevate Coffee work?
Again, and just to be explicitly clear here, we simply want to help you ‘up’ not only your coffee-making and -imbibing game, but also enable you to do so with the latest and greatest in science-y and tech-y, er, technology! But in order to kick things up a notch when none of the above seems to be working, we first want to know if Elevate can walk the walk and talk the talk.
So, does it work?
Seems, and like any stimulant, that it does…until it doesn’t.
That conclusion shouldn’t be too surprising, of course, given that if you’re anything like us, and you just tried to read off all those ingredients, you are a bit skeptical. Elevate Coffee ingredients, per the company, are a little hard to understand as they claim intellectual property rights over their proprietary blend of ‘Nootropic ingredients’ designed to help you achieve maximum mental clarity, improved memory function, and higher levels of energy.
When pressed, Elevate Coffee is clear in that their products are more than just delicious coffee and are enriched and boosted by all-natural amino acids found in protein-rich foods. This is what makes them Vegan certified (a win, we think)! They are also recognized for supporting cognitive function, creativity, and even motivation for both healthy and ‘getting there’ types.
Further benefits can be found in the supplemental facts portion of the packaging, which suggests that there is only 20 calories per 4.5g service (or one level scoop) along with only three carbohydrates (for all of those on the Keto diet or tired of their bullet-proof coffee already). There is only one gram of protein, though, so overall, which leads us to believe that almost all of the extra energy from this product come by way of the not-so easily understood Nootropics and whatever it is that amino acids do (or don’t do).

Cost kick-ups (and dust-ups)!
While we’re certain that there are some derived benefits from consuming Elevate Coffee, especially on Mondays and other slow-to-start days, your credit card might not be singing its praises.
To wit, one tub averages $50, and at only 135g total that’s $.37 per gram, or $1.66 per 4-ounce serving. Sure, that’s roughly what you might pay down at the local cafe, but you have to decide for yourself, dear reader, just how much you may or may not be willing to pay for hype!
The costs aren’t all negative, of course. This product also claims to be a ‘weight loss’ coffee, which means appetite suppressant and, so, perhaps what you end up spending on Elevate Coffee you could save on your next trip to the grocers.
Additional costs could also be offset by the amount of caffeine per each serving, which is a whopping 140mg as well as the fact that Elevate Coffee is 100-percent organic. The company will even let you sample their product before buying in bulk (which scales all the way up to 24 packets)!
Finally, and as a possible source of income, Elevate Coffee is always looking to grow and is keen to grow its business…and yours!
Customer impressions and other considerations
As previously mentioned, the jury is still out on how effective (and for how long) Elevate Coffee can be when it comes to improving the average cup o’ joe’s mental faculties. Many Elevate Smart Coffee reviews note the immediate
improvement in their cravings, focus, and motivation.
Overall, and in summary, consumers seemed to view this supplement as just that: an aid toward kickin’ things up a notch, starting a new dietary regimen, or as a tool to help regain some clarity ahead of a tight deadline.
Call-to-action: Elevate Coffee
At the end of the day (or article, as it were) we recommend that you review for you. What do we mean? Well, take everything with a grain of salt (or Elevate Coffee) since every body is different and no two cup o’ joe drinkers will experience the same benefits (or not) over equal periods of time.
- Make sure that Elevate Coffee is safe for you. We here at CoffeeGrindGuru are certainly not saying the product is unsafe, but there could be potential side effects if for example you’re sensitive to caffeine.
- Make sure that if you elect to use this product as a weight loss supplement, that you also work closely with your GP and simultaneously embark on an exercise routine that supports healthy eating habits
- Consider trying other Keto-based coffee substitutes as well as caffeine-infused alternatives to clear away any mental fog before going with a somewhat pricey instant coffee
We encourage all those willing to give this brew a try to reach back out to us and let us know how you got on since we would not only be happy to hear from you with regard to this product, but to also gather your feedback on other topics.
‘Til then, keep calm and coffee on!
